• $1450/night/ with a 2 night minimum.
• 3 night minimum stay required for: New Years’, Easter, Memorial Day,
  July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• For longer stays the 7th night is FREE!
• The Ranch is not suitable for PETS.

*Although fully licensed for vacation rental and in compliance with health and safety codes, the Ranch is not licensed for special events, such as weddings, parties, or gatherings (other than registered guests).

Reservations & Policies

• Reservations are required.
• 50% of rental fee is required to confirm reservation.
• A refundable deposit of $500, a $250 cleaning fee, the 9% Sonoma County bed tax, plus the remainder of the rental fee are required at least 30 days in advance of arrival.
• Cancellation notice must be received 45 days prior to scheduled arrival for full refund.
• Arrival: after 3:00 p.m. Departure: by 11:00 a.m.
• Smoking outside only!
• No candles or fires of any kind.
• Directions provided in booking package.
